Thanks for your “Likes” , Sunkist2 is making its 15th or more trip, I think, to Greece in Aug/Sept and heading over to Tzia for a few days, before my obligatory Santorini jaunt, and then back to Kifissia with friends. Thanks for the heads-up on the Kea trek. ~Ron

Thank you for stopping by again.
If I may suggest, do not miss to walk to the historic lighthouse of Kea (preview my post http://to.ly/jEbB).
It is most interesting to ‘re-read’ my native country through the eyes of foreign travelers, look forward to read more of your posts, Ron.-
Hi, I’m home after 17days and my time on Tzia with a little SUV and friends, of course. The hidden beaches draw me. Spathi without a paved road on the East coast gives the traveler an unspoiled gin clear beach cove. Quite a trip of cliff driving. A new taverna/bar is perfect.
Ioulida impressed me as unspoiled, too. My friends are building a house. The local meat butcher, Yiannis, is now a friend and his suckling pigs were a hit. The photos show off beat trips and will get posted. I’ll return. All the best. http://sunkist2.wordpress.com ~ Ron -
Hi Ron, I am very glad you enjoyed your time at the island, and you appreciated the beaches & Ioulida. It is quite unspoiled, this is the charm of it, if you like. The roads are mostly non asphalt, and gives you a feeling of wildness if you use 4X4. Looking forward to see your photos and read your posts. I wish you to return and discover more of the island and the history and customs of the people. If you have a look to some of my older posts, or follow the future ones, you might find some revealing aspects, from an insider. Thank you for keeping me updated, please do contact next time you visit Kea. Lisa

I cruised to Greece last year and didn’t want to leave, especially Mykonos and Delos. I could move there tomorrow!!! My girlfriend had to drag be back to the boat! http://vastlycurious.com/?attachment_id=1312
