New York, June 2010:
I am revisiting, for the first time since the Easter of 1984.

Back then a graduate student in UK, I flew directly from London. I  had stayed in Astoria with Greek relatives and still remember their advice that I should be careful with metro after dark, or where I walk even in daytime.

This summer I walk in a different city.
